Shaheer Aslam

CEO & Co-Founder

Shaheer leads Synthax's strategy, product direction, and fundraising. He previously led engineering teams at two developer tooling companies, where he shipped IDE extensions used by over 200,000 developers. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from UC Berkeley.

Daniel Park

Head of AI Engineering

Daniel oversees Synthax's model training, inference infrastructure, and language support roadmap. He spent five years at a leading AI research lab working on code generation models and contributed to multiple published papers on large-scale transformer architectures for software engineering tasks.

Lena Torres

VP of Developer Experience

Lena drives product design, IDE integrations, documentation, and developer advocacy. She brings over eight years of experience in developer relations and product design, having previously led DX at a widely used open-source developer platform. She is a frequent speaker at developer conferences.
